Took my car 48-Desoto met big Dave it’s been there in the past for minor fixes, But this time they replace my steering box and knuckles and the steering u joints and room under the hood is a new 454 and it’s tight BUT IT DRIVES LIKE A CADILLAC STRAIGHT ON A DIME AND MIKE IS THERE LEAD MECHANIC,, THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL THE GREAT WORK SHES ROLLIN & SMOKIN THANK YOU ALL !!!!!

This shop has continually provided excellent service to me and other family members. The prices are more than competitive and the customer service, superb. Quick and professional service! I had a nail in the tread of my tire, so I called to ask about my options. They explained that I'd need to get it patched, as they're not really supposed to do plugs anymore. However, the patch was a reasonable price, and they were able to make an appointment for later the same day. When I arrived, they were friendly and had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I would gladly recommend them and go back again for other tire repairs.

Big tires and more, rescued me, I had a blow out on my motor home while passing through Tampa. Doug,Pete, and their team replaced two of my tires and discovered a major axel seal oil leak which they expertly repaired.
Service and attitude here is over the top, they made a spot for me even though they were booked two days out .
Prices are reasonable and fair, thanks to Doug and Pete, I’ll be able to continue my journey west.

A little lengthy review but all is true. Here's the warm up.. Wife and i were headed up from St. Pete to camp in Georgia and South Carolina for our anniversary. Towing 5th wheel, blow out on the Tampa side on Howard Franklin Bridge. Had a spare and with the help of the Road Ranger (who was extremely helpful) got me back on the road fairly quickly. I wanted to get the blown tire fixed in case another tire blew on our trip. Called The General, the RV center, no tires that size. Called Lazy Days, and a Firestone, no luck. Now we are in Tampa and wife Google's tires and 'Big Tires comes up. Gave them a call, told them what I needed, they had it, so we are on our way. Then I ask if there is room for a camper as I am towing a 36' 5th wheel, they say yup, there is a grass lot next door.

We arrive and just as they said, big lot next door, parking was a breeze. Go inside and get set up, young guy comes out and grabs the blown tire and gets to work. Not long after, owner Dave appears and is looking at the camper and the tire getting repaired. He thought the tire looked a little undersized for my rig. He walks over to the camper and inspects the remaining tires, including crawling underneath to get a good look. Asks about the camper weight, tells me he does not like the shape of the remaining tires. Now they are 18 months old, but he easily points out cracking, bubbling, even one tire where the tread had started to separate from the sidewall. We talk tires and he suggests I go up to a beefier tire. In no way was he doing the hard sale, and the more rugged tires were only a few dollars more. I trusted his call. He does not have them in stock but tire guy will deliver them tomorrow by 9am.

So now I mention about finding a local campsite for the night and before I can google what is around and make a phone call, he asks if I just want to stay in his parking lot for the night. Tires will be delivered in the morning and he'll have me on my way within an hour. My wife is easy going, we take him up on his overly generous offer. There are a few vehicles on his lot that were there for service, some of them not working. He and his crew had to push some of them around to make room for my rig.

We get set up, Dave offers me 110V and water. I have a generator so we were good on power but used his water hookup for bathroom purposes. It is about closing time now, Dave hangs around for a bit after hours just to make sure we were all set.

Next morning he and his crew start arriving around 6:30am. I make b-fast, and as promised, tire delivery guy gets there about 8;45. His guys get the truck unloaded, and start replacing my tires. They were removed, replaced, balanced and installed by 9:40. These guys are on their 'A' game. I am not a tire guru, but one look you can tell these new tires are worth the extra few bucks. I am extremely pleased, and can tell they are way more durable.

I dealt with Dave and 3 of his crew members. Everyone was overly professional, courteous and friendly. Dave runs a great business and his crew exemplifies his leadership. I live in St. Pete and if myself or anyone in my family needs tires, we are driving to Lutz. Thank you guys, I appreciate the fantastic service and generosity you provided.

Oh, I'll give 5 stars to the 'Big Tires and More' campground. Large sites, peaceful and we had the whole place to ourselves!

Straight up good folks!

Long time customers of Dumas we wanted to give the new ownership a try. We bought tires for my wife’s Ford Explorer.

They took care of us and it was easy to drop the vehicle off and pickup later in the day. We brought the car back a few weeks later to double check a couple things and they were more than willing to take a look and provide additional options.

Came here for 4 new tires on my truck. They were able to order the tires I needed and schedule me to have them installed in less than a week. Great communication and quick service. Will recommend this place for anyone needing tires in the future.
