Everything is always left so clean. They get under furniture, AND you can even pay a little extra to get the upholstery done if you dirtied your sofa too. I use them every month without fail on my beige carpets. Thanks, guys!

James is a very friendly and professional carpet cleaner. I tried to remove the stains on my own and they just kept coming back. Once James performed his magic, the stains disappeared! I am very impressed with the quality of cleaning done and I wish I had this done a long time ago. I highly recommend this service.

I had a few stains on my queen bed. I had 2 minor stains and 1 bad stain of chocolate milk. They did they work and got ever spot cleaned and the stains are totally gone. They also were on time and only took the time they quoted to do the work. My bed even dried faster then expected. I will return first a carpet clean or any other service they do and I will recommended them to any of my family or friends. I for hot to mention that they really do use Green cleaning product and I did not have any kind of chemical smell left in my mattress that made me even more happier.

We had very dirty carpet that needed serious cleaning. James was very professional and courteous. He explained to us what he will be doing and the results that we can expect. We couldn't be happier! James spent the time to do a very thorough cleaning and made the carpet look almost new. We also appreciated the respect that he had for our home and the care he took when working around the furniture. Thank you for a great job and a very reasonable price!

They did my 5 bedroom house with lots of care and 90% of my dog stains are out!!!
Also paid for odor removal and the one they used just removes odor and not putting a fake smel I loved that! I am going to be using this company as my regular carpet cleaning now.

We had a pee accident on a pillow-top mattress that needed cleaned immediately. I was able to schedule Green Carpet SF within a few hours and by the time I got home from work, their technician was already hard at work. He was quick, courteous, and profession. Hero of the day! It cost more than I was hoping, but the problem was solved. Thank you for being easy to schedule and easy to work with.

First let me say this we had Stanley Steamer out to clean our carpets and they did a terrible job, we have been using them for at least 20 years for rentals and our house and this time they didn't even clean the carpet. Our carpet is two years old and we have just gotten a new puppy that we had to potty train so there were several pet stains, we were clear with green carpet what was up with our carpet and the Stanley steamer angle. They of course told us Stanley steamer was the worst and I had to agree.

The day of the cleaning Donovan shows up in an unmarked personal van with the steam cleaner, he cleaned our carpet and did a much better job than Stanley Steamer did and charged us $350 for 3 rooms, kinda pricey but ok. Donovan told us no problem he would make us happy with the carpet, when the carpet dried several spots came back, as clean as the carpet was we felt that maybe these just didn't get hit with the pre treatment, This is where the problems start, we contacted back the company to get this taken care of, they became un helpful and asked for $150 dollars more to come back out. I was like what happened to making us happy? When I said I was not going to pay an additional $150 for the carpet to get touched up Green carpet essentially stopped replying to my text's. Of course they have cashed the check by then.

I wanted to give them a good review but when I started dealing with them after the fact I became suspicious of the way they are running this business, I believe they are just contracting the work out so you have no way of getting them back and when you look at there page there clearly is no satisfaction guarantee, and they don't follow the procedure that they layout as what they do. I also noticed that some of the reviews seem to be questionable and are posted by the same names that sent out my receipt.

Buyer beware, I can not recommend you to do business with this company because I don't think they care if your carpet cleaning is to your satisfaction. I imagine they will post a reply to this negative review but oh well seems there are others that have had this experience.

Within 5 mins of posting this review I received this text from Paida Ndemera the person I have been in contact with trying to work this out.

"Hi. Thank you for the review. I’ll assume there is no longer mileage in trying to rectify this issue"

she has not responded to my text since this text and hadn't responded for 3 days to the previous texts, never had a company refuse to work something out because you posted a negative review. Just another reason to not use these guys in my opinion.

James was the man. He offered to have our appointment early, showed up on time and answered my calls and texts. He went through all the trouble of driving his van into the cramped garage, bringing his equipment and tools up to my building’s floor, he taught me how the carpet cleaning process works and left my carpet spotless. I’m stoked to live in my clean new condo. Thank you Green Carpet and James!
