After only living in our home for 2 months, we suffered Fire and Water loss and had to move out of our home for 10 Months. The inside of our home had to be demolished to the studs in most areas and we suffered almost total loss of our furniture. Both Casey Jones and Jeffrey Jones saved us. They effectively worked through the engineering and architectural drawings and secured our permits. They also helped us navigate the insurance claims and itemization lists. We left the desert for the summer trusting all the hard decisions in their capable hands. As far as creativity, my husband and I are thrilled with the results. Our home is 100% better than before the fire. Not only is the home beautiful, our furnishings are better because of Jeffrey's knowledge of resources and his calm, professional way of moving the project forward painlessly. Jeffrey also managed our complicated move back into our home and saved our sanity. I almost hate to say our project is finished because it has been such a joy to work with both Casey and Jeffrey. Jeffrey is a seasoned professional and Casey is a creative young man. Both get 100% of our respect and gratitude.

What to say... I worked with Jeffrey this year on a home refresher in La Quinta including new floors, cabinets, countertop, laundry room and more. Jeffrey was very professional and had some wonderfully creative ideas. He showed up on time, as planned and has a team of subs that were equally great to work with. He paid attention to detail and was completely honest throughout the project. Lastly, he was patient (even though I couldn't always make up my mind) yet remained ready to get the job done. I would definitely work with Jeffrey again and will just as soon as the next project presents itself.

Jeff is creative, professional, timely and helpful in making decisions. He took the time to learn what we liked and then formulated the design to our likings. He pushed us in some areas, and we are so glad we listened to him!

Our extensive project included gutting the kitchen, removing all the floors throughout the house, updating bathrooms, adding a bar, relocating the fireplace, and more. We love it all!
Probably our most favorite parts of the remodel are the living room fireplace, new bar, custom hood, and powder room Jeff and his son, Casey, designed. Extraordinary and unique!!

I have to mention his labor of love in designing the bar. He and Casey made perfect use of the space available. Casey created 3D plans that helped us see what it would look like in our home. He took our input and redesigned a few times until it was perfect for our home!

In addition to his design skills, he understands the construction process which helped immensely. We hired him for the construction project management to work with our wonderful contractor, Manny Abarca, while we were away for the summer. Although they had not worked together, they collaborated very well together, and we were are thrilled with the results! Jeff kept us updated all summer long and finished the project in time for us to enjoy the season.

My husband and I met Jeff through family and friends in Big Horn Golf Club. We had purchased a home that needed much care and design and Jeff came highly recommended for the project. He understood our vision, our time frame and also took on the task of a complete landscape revision. We were living away for most of the project but received weekly updates, zoom calls and walk-thru explanations. Jeff truly understood that we wanted a family home that was beautiful, functional and worked for our large family visits. He had the most professional contractors who kept everyone moving and actually completed the project before expected. The connections Jeff has in the design industry in the Palm Desert area was extraordinary. We had the honor of meeting many of the gallery owners and designers from various studios at our home. The process that Jeff established from the start of our project carried through to the end. When we arrived back to our home after months away, we were in awe of what he had accomplished. Spectacular is the only word we can use to describe what we saw entering for the first time. We had left months before; a mess of a home that was neglected and in disrepair and before us a beautiful home!

We have worked with Jeff Jones extensively over the past decade on several substantial projects in two locations—one in Rancho Mirage and one in the Bay Area.

Jeff handled a start-to-finish addition to our Rancho Mirage master bedroom and bath area, This involved design to enlarge the area by extending the footprint of the house. His highly creative way of looking at the project presented us with a finished product far superior to what we originally intended. Jeff, while not an architect, has the eye and the construction knowledge to design in a way to create maximum impact and functionality while staying within the budget.

Jeff has a long and award-winning history of designing some of the finest and most expensive homes in the area. We found that while our budget was far less than most of these, the ideas, materials and execution could often be applied with dramatic success to our projects.

Over the years Jeff has developed a working relationship with some of the best sub-contractors and vendors in the desert. He is able to communicate with these people quickly and accurately because of their cooperation on other jobs. His relationships have often translated into a better product delivered on time.

Jeff is equally adept at exterior and interior design. His knowledge of colors and fabrics makes the client's job far easier. He presents a selection of samples, any of which would be an excellent choice.

Finally, Jeff is very easy to get along with. In any project involving many decisions and considerable cost, it is easy to disagree. If that happens, Jeff is reasonable in reaching solutions that benefit everyone.

Over the years and through numerous projects, we have been extremely satisfied with Jeff's performance and professionalism.
