I ordered the BELLEZE Oslo King Platform Bed Frame and absolutely love it. It’s easy to put together as long as u follow directions. I recommend having someone help to make the process shorter. Only problem I ran into was I was missing a couple of screws but other than that the bed is perfect.

Beautiful tv stand with fireplace. I loved the color white/grey wash. It looks very elegant and it fits up to a 85" tv. The fireplace heats up the room fast and it is also very elegant.

My order for a Belleze fireplace tv stand was placed through Bed Bath and Beyond. Only a portion of the order was delivered. I called to report the issue and the first customer service rep was phenomenal. She opened a tracking order for the piece and said to wait a week. A week later a second call to customer service was made and it was explained that Fed Ex stated it was delivered- obviously a 60” piece of furniture doesn’t just go missing. The second customer service rep was as phenomenal as the first. A full refund will be issued - I am incredibly pleased with the professionalism and response time this issue of missing furniture was addressed in. I will be ordering from Belleze again as soon as my refund is in place.

We ordered a TV console from Belleze Furniture, through Amazon. The order shipped in a timely fashion and is a beautiful piece of furniture. When I was finishing the build I noticed that the top countertop board, which was the last piece to install, had been damaged in the front left corner. I called Belleze Furniture and Brianna answered after the first ring. I explained the issue and she asked that I send her a photo of the damage. I did as she requested and she responded back the same day. She stated the company would take care of this issue by either sending out a new countertop or a full refund, which would be my choice. She also stated the company would not require the damaged piece to be sent back. Besides being a great TV stand you can trust ordering from Belleze Furniture because they stand behind their produces. I definitely would order from Belleze Furniture again and highly recommend them. I want to also give a shout out to Brianna for the great Customer Service.

We ordered a TV console from Belleze, through Amazon. The product was delivered within the timeframe I was given, however 3 pieces were damaged. It appears the box might have been dropped and the corners of the 3 longest pieces were damaged. I immediately phoned Belleze and spoke to the most kind, considerate, professional and helpful Customer Service Agent named Cassandra. She worked hard to research the situation, and contacted me promptly, the next morning, with a 100% satisfactory resolution. There was not 1 instance of back and forth on the resolution. It was perfect from the start.

I definitely would purchase from Belleze again, and if I had an issue, would hope to speak with Cassandra.

Great job Cassandra and Belleze.
