I am attorney who works from home. Having a comfortable back supportive chair is essential for me due to long hours in front of the computer. I bought one of the massage desk chairs from Kinnls and it is just wonderful. The massage function provides a great massage that does not interfere with my ability to work. The chair is beautiful. And Kinnls customer service has been outstanding, especially when a had a busted power cord. They immediately replaced it so I could be back up and running.

I highly recommend Kinnls to anyone looking for a top flight executive chair.

Kinnls makes beautiful luxury office chairs. I purchased their “Jones” executive chair in Nov 2022. It is beautiful and substantial. I use it everyday in my home office. Perhaps even more importantly tho, is the positive experience I have had recently with their customer support. Recently, I had an issue, and “Kai” at their service dept was very quick to respond and make things right. Professional, responsive and good communication. A company that has a good product but also outstanding after-sales support, is an A+ in my book. I would purchase from this company again, and would recommend to a friend or colleague just as I have already.

I love my office chair but their warranty support is utterly pathetic.

First off I have a Cameron chair. I love it but randomly the gas lift portion failed and seemed to eject itself out of a plastic casing that's inserted in the center of the chair.

Upon contacting support I waited days for a response. Then they asked for photos. I sent the photos then they requested more. Meanwhile days are going by between these communications. I work from home so my home office chair is critical to my work.

Finally they offer to send me a new gas cylinder but claimed the shipping would cost $80? Really a $20 part is going to cost me $80 for shipping? Yet I spent damn near $1500 on an office chair?

I pushed back. They decided to send it for free.

Then I asked for installation instructions because for the life of me I couldn't get the cylinder out regardless of what tools I used. It seems to me that the cylinder is somehow built into the base. Because there was NO way to release it from the base. When you look at the bottom of the base it almost looks like they soldered the base and cylinder together. You think they responded. Nope. Even after several follow-ups. Clearly a Chinese outfit.

I was FURIOUS that a chair this expensive could have a simple gas cylinder replaced. Luckily I found an entire replacement base online which worked perfectly.

Such a great product marred by subpar support.

UPDATE After leaving this review, I was contacted no less than 20 times by the vendor to take down my review and they would send me the part. Needless to say, since I purchased the part on my own the review stands. Super unprofessional of them to call my phone EVERY SINGLE DAY for 20 DAYS! Even after cussing them out. I had to eventually just block their number. They are PERSISTENT. I wish that kept that same energy when I had a problem to resolve.

My dad got this chair and gave it to me. He is a recliner snob and it definitely met his high standards. It runs smoothly and is comfortable. My dad is a very frugal guy so I am sure it was a good value as well.

i have had my Kinnls chair now for 3 years and love it. I had a cylinder go bad on it recently and they are taking care of it under warranty like they said they would. I don't know what took me so long to get one.

I bought a Big Kinnls office chair and love it. Since then I have had agas cylinder go bad and the base break off an arm. I contacted Kinnls support and the responded quickly with replacement parts. The chair may be a little pricey but once you sit in it you know why! It's very comfortable with many options. I highly recommend this company and its products
