Very very shady sales practices. Be careful what you sign. They tell you one thing and then it’s another over the phone. They add sales tax on every monthly payment. Don’t go here.

Progressive Lending is a company they use to finance. they charge you tax on the purchase. Then every month they charge you more tax on every monthly payment.they are thieves.

I will start a class act to sue them, they never picked up the call.

10/16/24 update to Genesis response. I called the man who gave me his business card. IGNACIO!!

was never available. I tried calling Progressive and I was on hold for 36 minutes with a loop of the same hold music. Only reason it was 36 minutes because I hung up. Called to make a payment and automated service was very confusing. Almost as if you’re trying to confuse Spanish speaking customers so u can keep collection interest, I mean tax on monthly payments.

I WILL BE SEEKING AN ATTORNEY FOR A CLASS ACT LAWSUIT. I will name everyone that “helped me” while visiting your store.
