I was in the market for a new dining table and chairs, and this store had a fantastic selection. The quality of the furniture is superb - it's sturdy and well-crafted. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 for value is because it's a bit on the higher side, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. The service was impeccable, and I'm delighted with my new dining set.

We came to this location to see their furniture and we loved the quality couches and coffee tables. We are satisfied with our purchase. We bought a beautiful couch and coffee table. Julio the manager seems nice up front however the poor quality of the furniture is undeniable. My family and I have purchased several bedroom and dining sets and the quality is lacking. The only long lasting set I have purchased from this place was actually an Ashley’s brand bedroom set. We paid cash for our furniture therefore he did not care that the dining set bench broke within months of purchase. I brought this up to Julio over the phone and he got defensive and gave disrespectful service. Very stressful to deal with.

My husband and I recently visited this furniture store, and our experience was far from welcoming. From the moment we stepped inside, we couldn’t help but notice the odd and uninviting looks from the staff. It felt as if our presence was an inconvenience to them. As we made our way upstairs to look at the furniture, the atmosphere only grew more uncomfortable.

One of the employees glanced at the security cameras and then quietly spoke to his coworker, who then proceeded to follow us. This was done in a manner that made it obvious they were suspicious of us for some reason. We received more unpleasant looks, which made us feel singled out and uneasy.

It’s disappointing to visit a store and feel judged or unwelcome, especially when you’re there to make a potential purchase. We expected a friendly and helpful shopping experience but were instead left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. This experience has made us reconsider ever returning to this store.
