EXCEPTIONALLY OUTSTANDING! The team at Palma Brava understands customer service. Incredible attention from end-to-end.

I started with a Google search, saw a piece of furniture I LOVED and reached out using their web chat. Chatted with a LIVE person (Susan) who was patient, friendly, and helpful. She answered all my questions in seconds.

Spoke to Lucky who took my payment and delivery details - awesome sense of humour. They followed up with digital receipts, confirmation of delivery, etc.

Day of delivery, two very pleasant men showed up - smiling - and well within the promised delivery window. Brought in my chair, took their shoes off and very quickly assembled and took away the garbage. White glove service.

TBH, I was hesitant at first ordering a piece of furniture from a company I wasn’t familiar with. This experience has turned me into a Palma Brava customer for life! Needless to say, I LOVE my new armchair ?

Despite all the good reviews, my experience with Palma Brava was disappointing. I spent nearly two thousand dollars to purchase a marble dining table from the store. When I made the purchase and received the table, I asked Susan and the delivery man if the marble was sealed. They asserted that the marble was indeed sealed, as it should be for a 2k table. I trusted their words. However, when my partner accidentally spilled water on the table, we immediately noticed that the table was not properly sealed at all. The table sucked in water like a sponge. I contacted Susan to find a solution, and she insisted that the table was sealed, ignoring the facts and photos. She suggested I purchase a sealant myself and apply it, which completely contradicts the claim that the table was sealed. She also said that I couldn't return the table despite it not being what I thought I purchased. Luckily, we only spilled water when we noticed the problem. After I bought a sealant and sealed the table, it's beautiful and usable. If our first spill were something less benign, like soda or coffee, we would've been stuck with a permanently stained table. The table itself is beautiful, but this experience was terrible. They were either blatantly lying to my face or simply didn't know what they were selling. I would not purchase from them again.
RE seller response: perhaps if your supplier claims the table is sealed when it’s clearly not, you should verify their claim rather than tell your customers to seal the table themselves. Explain how a twenty dollar store bought sealant I applied immediately sealed the marble that was previously sucking water in, if it was truly sealed in the first place? Yes, your salesman did say to use caution and wipe away stained immediately, which we did, TO A DROP OF WATER, yet the water still went right into the stone.

I have been shopping at Palma Bravo for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. I have always dealt with Susan who has always been so pleasant , helpful,patient, friendly and professional. She always goes above and beyond and even during these trying times has helped me with my online purchases and arranged for them to be delivered. The furniture and accessories are high end pieces and very reasonably priced. You can even provide her with pictures of items you are looking for and she is able to source it for you. You can also ask them for their catalog to order furniture . I love the store and will keep going back.

Wow what impeccable service. I made my purchase online and was a bit apprehensive as I didn't speak English.
I have communicated with them several times via email and Susan's responses have always been prompt. She was able to answer all my questions. The delivery was to be made in Quebec and again I was apprehensive, but Palma Brava met all my expectations and even more. I recommend them without hesitation, they are reliable and trustworthy from start to delivery..

My husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences when shopping in this store. We have purchased many pieces of art and some furniture and have found Susan to be very helpful and lovely to deal with. Palma Brava has some very interesting pieces and it is worth going in to browse. Prices are extremely competitive. I don't usually post reviews but feel this store is worth it!

I bought a sofa and two ancient chairs. The furniture at Palma Brava is very good quality and very reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of dealing with Susan.
Susan helped me select the fabrics for my furniture, she took her time as I was undecided on colour choice .

Excellent experience at this store. If your looking for upscale, unique contemporary furnishings that are of great quality and well priced- this is the place! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their onsite interior designer, Kim, knows her stuff and is very personable. I brought pictures with me and she helped outfit the space in our home with pieces that blend very well and offered up great suggestions.
My husband and I have been to many furniture stores over the last few months and this store by far has been our best shopping experience.
