I just received my reupholstered Baker sofa and it looks fabulous! Great workmanship and attention to detail- including fluffing the old cushions to the max! Carin has a deep knowledge of couch construction and a great memory for all the fabrics in her showroom. Her customer service was A++! Delivery was right on time as quoted and the whole process was pretty seamless. Thank you Mesa Upholstery for the fantastic job! I so appreciate my beautiful new (old) couch!! Highly recommend!

Worse service I have EVER experienced in a fabric store!! Collin insulted previous customers in front of me. He was no help! Very Unprofessional!!. I'm a business owner in commercial fast food and also a commercial developer. I just so happened to be getting my car washed across the street. Thought I would go in a look for fabric, my personal home. Even though I looked a mess! Workout clothes, hair up in a pony tail.. Friday is a day off for me and my looks should not determine the help a person needs.customer service and sales go together. Everybody should be created equal with the utmost respect. Colin did the complete opposite! His design skills and his sales skills is 0. I would never recommend him as a designer to anybody. I'm sure he's not the owner of Mesa Upholstery. And if the owner knew the way he treated me he would not have a job.

In 1994, Mesa Upholstery made ivory cotton damask slipcovers for my large 2-piece sectional. I'm happy to report that they still look great after all these years and several washings.

Special order of two items. One arrived in lumpy awful condition and I did not want another like it. Was promised a replacement but that never happened. Company refused to refund me even for the one I never received.
