Do not recommend, screwed me over. Here's the story, in late summer 2023 had to buy an alternator from them. They were very kind, took alternator home and learned it wasn't new but used, locked up. Took it back same day and they swapped it out for a good one, all was well. Turn to summer 2024, not a even a full year later alternator went out again. Went to them for my life time warranty, and they said that the one I returned SAME DAY last year bc they sold me a bad one, WAS my warranty so I didn't have another. And obviously I was mad, this was a Saturday when it happened and I was told that I could talk to the manager about it Monday. Like no I needed my car fixed that day, so I walked out and went to oreillys, got the core charge and a good alternator first try. Don't recommend advanced auto, go to oreillys instead.

They always have what I'm looking for, and if by some slim chance they don't have it in stock, they order it and it's at the store the next day. The quality of their car parts is so much better than any other parts store, and they last so much longer. I highly recommend Advance Auto to everyone shopping for any car parts.

My family and I are trying to head back home from camping -- when all of a sudden our battery no longer worked. Thankfully Advance Auto Part was across the street from where our car died. Tim was so helpful and replaced our battery quickly. Even though it was early in his work day, he was very kind and quick to get us back on the road.

Came in to get a problem diagnosed - bad battery versus bad alternator.
Very courteous & helpful staff, responded pretty much immediately, quickly assessed & tested the problem (it was the battery).
We bought a new battery and he installed it for us very expeditiously and efficiently.

Great, great customer service!!!!!
So why only 4 stars and not 5
High price! The battery cost us a lot more than it would have elsewhere.
Bummer.
