I brought my Audi to Eric to have an after-market stereo installed. I had been fighting with Best Buys install service for 6 weeks to get an appt and decided to go to Advanced Specialties. Eric got me in the same day and did spectacular work. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue that is known to occur in Audi's and found the answer! he will be getting a lot of work from me in the future

A couple years after having this place and saw my car alarm, it went haywire. I called them he walked me through how to fix it over the phone. Great shop great help I would recommend this place to anybody. By the way it was never the alarm it was my battery that was making it at weird. I’ve never had a problem with the alarm in years.

First off I have to say If I could give them more stars I would. The manager/owner stayed till 9 pm to install a sub and amps. Then he fixed the problem another shop caused the 1st time, unlike me having to constantly take my car back for the same problem 3 or 4 times. He barely charged me anything and took his time fixing the other shops screw ups. My system sounds clean and my radio doesnt shut off thanks to these guys. Dont go anywhere else, this is a honestly true post, this place has earned a customer for a lifetime.

I was having a rattle in my speakers. They helped my diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it was a specialty Audi part, and he couldn’t help at the time, but he had a great attitude and didn’t ask for any compensation even though he spent quite a bit of time with me.
