Hoffman Furniture Repair and Refinishing did a masterful repair on our leather sofa. Our $2400 leather sofa was severely damaged by the forklift during delivery. We were told to trash the sofa or the company could retrieve it. The lower frame was broken, and the stitching of the leather broken and leather stretched. Hoffman's was able to not only repair the frame, but the frame is now actually stronger than it was new. The leather was able to be repaired to almost perfect condition with some new stitching and a couple of staples (I did not want them to replace the entire leather panel.) You would never know that the sofa arrived with such severe damage.

Marco Hoffman was able to have my sofa repaired within 2 weeks of my phone call. His associate that did the repair was so courteous and a real expert at what he did. This company and its owner deserve the highest accolades! They are tops!!

I had the most incredible experience with Affordable Furniture Repair and Refinish in San Bernardino, and it’s all thanks to Marco Hoffman, the owner. Let me tell you, working with Marco was an absolute delight, and he’s not just a professional but a true artist when it comes to furniture.

Our journey with Affordable Furniture Repair and Refinish did have a slight hiccup. Leading up to picking up a chair that had been broken in multiple places, Marco’s cell phones were hacked, making communication a bit of a challenge. However, once we met in person, everything was swiftly resolved. Marco has always been exceptionally quick to respond and an excellent communicator.

I genuinely hope that Marco gets his issues with hackers resolved, and these culprits are brought to justice. He deserves to work without any interference.

Will never trust this company or Marco Hoffman with any of our furniture again. Overpriced, grand promises, and no follow through! He kept our table for over a month before starting it. While we thought it was completed after the month, he hurried and started it the day before we came to pick it up, rushed through the process, and didn't wait between applications. When we finally picked it up, the finish had already started to bubble before we brought it home. We returned it the same day, with many poor excuses on Marco's part. 10 days later and two extra trips to pick it up with no work having been completed, we finally picked it up today to find the drawer no longer closes. More promises to fix the drawer, but told us he doesn't do repairs and he doesn't promise perfection. Now we have a table that we have no idea how good the finish is and a drawer that doesn't close.
One star is too many, but couldn't publish this without putting something!

My experience working with Marco was great. He is professional, personable, and accommodating. He did an excellent job repairing and refinishing my dining room table which was damaged during a move. He was able to fix the damaged edges and beautifully refinished the table, changing the color from gray to black.
