My experience with Affordable Lamps has been absolutely terrible. I have held off on leaving a review in hopes that they would fix the issue, but after literal MONTHS of waiting for return labels (which I finally received) and waiting for a $2800+ refund, I am furious. The way this company is ran is disgraceful. I have spoken with Eric on the phone and via email. I originally received the wrong color lights (spoke with Eric when I was ordering in November 2024 to confirm the color and still received the wrong color) and with that, we realized we needed larger lights. Eric then put me in touch with the light manufacturer because he seemingly couldn't comprehend what was needed. The manufacturer was actually great to deal with and it is such a bummer he is going through Affordable Lamps to sell his product. At the end of the day we decided not to move forward with the larger lights due to cost. I will say, Eric was helpful in that regard with getting us a price that would work for us, however, in the end we decided to go a different direction. Once we decided we wanted to return, I had to ask MULTIPLE times for a return label (which came from the manufacturer) and I sent the lights back the same day I got the return labels. The lights were then delivered the next day and we have still not received a refund - it's now going on 2 weeks. I have reached out to Eric twice with no response as well as the manufacturer with no response. Literally withholding $2800+.

Customer service is absolute trash. I will never recommend this place. Placed order in Nov. 2024 and it is now March 2025 and I am STILL waiting for my money back!!!

Fantastic experience. I dealt with the Sales Mgr. Eric who, I will say, was spot on; without his involvement and cooperation this project's lighting goals would have been much harder to achieve. I love this 3-light Vaxcel bathroom vanity light. The quality is great and it's very attractive. I had recently purchased a 2-light one and was so happy with the first one that I decided to purchase a 3-light one for my second bathroom. The product arrived quickly. My husband and I are avid readers. When the specialty halogen bulb in our pharmacy style reading lamp died, there were no replacements to be had because halogen bulbs can no longer be sold. Our old lamp had to be trashed. Most of the newer reading lamps I found elsewhere did not put out much light. I was delighted to find a great LED reading floor lamp on the Affordable Lamps site in stock at a reasonable price. They shipped fairly quickly too.
