Brought an old friend of the family’s lamp to Aladdin for, what I thought, was a severe condition. Penny, the very amiable owner, fixed it very promptly and for a very reasonable cost. While she worked we chatted about our respective families. She is a very intelligent warmhearted individual. I highly recommend her for your electrical fixture and lighting needs.

Penny “The Tiger Mom Chang” is a highly skilled, kind, and loving store owner. This is quite possibly the best lighting experience I have ever had. She fully restored an antique floor lamp that had previously fallen apart. She used all original parts, and made recomendations to keep my lamp forever. She is the tiger mom of Lighting- the silk robes- the grace.

Brought a vintage lamp with a European plug here for a change to US plug. They said if we wanted 10 minutes it'd be done, which surprised me, I thought we'd have to come back another day or at least a few hours later, so I was very pleased. She even did a few tests to ensure the lamp was fully operational, because of it's age, and gave us a tip on what we might need to do if we lose contact with the bulb. I'd come back here for any future repairs and to buy bulbs because they had a huge selection.
