Will was very knowledgeable and educated me on how to keep my carpets clean. No harmful chemicals everything safe for kids and pets. Our carpets looks 100x better. He was able to do our stairs as a last minute request which was very kind. Very affordable for stairs, livingroom and one bedroom. Will be booking him again to finish up our last two rooms. - Jessi

I moved into a new apartment in Anchorage two weeks ago and was dismayed to discover a horrible odor throughout the apartment. The previous tenant had lived there with a dog for two years, and it smelled to me like it might be old dog urine in the carpet or floorboards. My landlady had just cleaned the carpet with a Rug Doctor the day before, but I didn't know that and assumed that it had been professionally cleaned. I was so depressed because the odor was so strong after the carpet cleaning, and I thought that I was going to have to find another place to live.

I called my landlord, and he explained that his wife had cleaned the carpet. He agreed to pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned if I could find a company that specialized in removing old dog urine odors. I checked out numerous companies online and was thrilled when I came across Alaska Dry Carpet's website. It had detailed information about a successful treatment that they use to remove nasty pet odors. I called Will, the owner, and he was able to fit me in within 48 hours. Will explained that sometimes Rug Doctors and other cheap carpet-cleaning machines like that can actually make odors worse.

Will and his son, Will Jr., did an amazing job on my carpet, treating it with safe green products that included enzymes that continue to eliminate odor-causing bacteria for several days after the treatment. My carpet smelled minty fresh when Will and Will were done, and when the minty odor faded away in a day or two, the nasty odor was completely gone, too.

Today, I had Will and Will Jr. come back over and do an upholstery cleaning for me on a nasty-smelling, 23-year-old couch that I bought sight unseen and had delivered to my home. It smelled like cigarette smoke and bad dog odors combined. Within one hour, all of that nasty odor was gone, and the couch looks brand new now.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent service provided by Alaska Dry Carpet and highly recommend them for both carpet and upholstery cleaning! Truly a topnotch Alaska company owned and operated by a wonderful man who takes pride in the work that he does.

While staying at my daughter’s home in Anchorage I called after learning we had company coming from out of state for Christmas. She and her husband have very busy lives with two toddlers. In the play/T.V. room is a large sectional couch and area rug that were in desperate need of a cleaning before the visitors arrived!
This expert carpet cleaning company was so kind to accommodate us on such short notice! They made the 4 year old sectional couch look brand new again.
Fully self contained van service and professional, friendly staff. I couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend!!

I am SO glad I couldnt remember who cleaned my carpets last time and found Alaska Dry Cleaning instead. Will was so friendly and my carpets looked fabulous after his crew left. He went above and beyond my expectations of cleaning my truck seats. I have three wonderful kids that constantly eat in the truck and I can tell you, they look good as new, once he was done cleaning them. My wife was so amazed that the truck smells clean! No chemical smell either! Win in our book ND WILL UTILIZE ALASKA DRY CARPETS again.
