They have such a great selection ! Something for everyone's taste if they don't have what you're looking for in the showroom, they can order it for you and you'll have it in a few days. Love this place !

I am honestly really disappointed. I wish I would've read the reviews before coming here. Went in last Saturday with my mom to purchase a Mattress. It went well, we decided to purchase. Alex said he could deliver Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

Tuesday comes around and no call/no show. I called in the evening to ask what happened with the delivery. We waited around 2 days and no one came to deliver. The girl who answered said she had no way of checking, to call back the following day. So my mom calls and Alex asks what mattress, to send a picture of the receipt and he'll call her back.

So unprofessional, they didn't even remember or had track of our purchase. We left a deposit by the way

So I call myself after he never called my mom back. The girl that answers says Alex left for the rest of the day.

I told her she needed to contact him and we needed to know what happened with our delivery or I needed my money back by the end of the day

Alex calls my mom after a few hours and says we can pick up the mattress ourselves or he would only be able to deliver the following day (thursday).

So after a lot of back and forth he delivers Thursday. No apology nothing.

Their customer service sucks. We will never come back. First and last time we purchase from here

Take your money somewhere else.

And as you can see they don't even respond to the customer reviews. They truly don't care. They don't seek to improve as a business.

I bought an entire bedroom. When he came to collect it, he did not bring any mirrors. I asked him where the mirror was. He told me, if you want the mirror, you have to pay $45. I asked him why I bought it completely, why do I have to pay? He talks a lot without justification. It is not truthful. I do not advise anyone to visit a store

Came in to buy a couch, a dinner table, and an entertainment center.

The guy didn’t seem interested, lacked knowledge regarding their products and was unprofessional.

Good quality furniture, I can’t deny that. But the owner Alex, is horrible in his customer service. When you go in and order his super polite and “yes we can deliver any day you want” but when it comes to the day of delivery he has a million and one excuses as to why his not delivering. And then he gets rude as if it’s the customers fault. His gritty and only cares about the money. He should be grateful that us as customers are putting food on his table. I bought 2 mattress ,2 bed frame king size and a full size the box springs, a kitchen table and living room couches. All about $6000 in cash and still $350 delivery and he still was rude to me my husband and mother in law! Super unprofessional and ungrateful business person, if you can even call him that!

i bought a sectional leaving room. The quality is ok, what got me is that it was delivered without the harware that keeps all sofas together. I called and left a voicemail and never got a call back. Had to go out of my way to buy the hardware on my own to keep the sofas together.
Bad business as I was looking to buy a dining set I liked but with the service received I will take my business alsewhere!

We bought a dining room and a living room set, the quality of the furniture was not the best but the living room set was even worse, they delivery the display , when we find out we contact him this was on 12/2022 and he said he it’s going to replace the set but it’s 2/15/2023 already and we still have not received any response from him, we have tried to contact him at the furniture store and he is never there, we have left messages with the person in charge and we continue with the same thing. Very bad decision to buy there I do not recommend it.

I have bought my furniture here before. Great quality. Giving it a one star review because of the customer service that Alex provides. I got there and wasn’t acknowledged. I asked him for a few things and he said he will get back to me. When I turn around he was helping people that had barely gotten there!! How is that possible. After I waited for almost 20 mins for him he does that. I just got up and left. Don’t waste your time look else where for your new furniture
