Jan has helped me on a few occasions over the past few years. I've bought lamps overseas that she has rewired with ease. This week she really came through with her knowledge on a pair of crystal sconces I purchased in the Czech Republic. Electricians were baffled and didn't know how these sconces would adapt and even work in my home. As Jan "thought out loud" she was able to come up with a plan, the parts, and even walked me through step by step on how to tell electricians what to do. She is the "lighting guru" to go to and I have recommended her to my friends. She has made the impossible possible. Thank you Jan!!!

I purchased four gorgeous and functional fans, and had them installed. Seller was very knowledgeable and spent time showing me all the specification differences, weighing functionality with design for my specific spaces. I could not be happier with the wind output and modern look of the fans! I felt like I was working with an interior designer and will definitely return for all my future fan and/or lighting needs.

We purchased 2 fans from Jan last month, on a Tuesday. She had one of the two in stock, which would be for our guest room. She had to order the second one for the living room, which she said should take about a week. We discussed the installation with her, which she said she could do when the second fan came in. Realizing/thinking out loud that our grandkids were coming that weekend, so "ok well" the guest room fan would just have to wait, she immediately offered to come ahead and install that one for us!! Now that's service!! She installed it on Thursday, the grandkids came on Saturday, and all was right in our world 😉

Jan was extremely knowledgeable about all the fans, both in stock and from catalogs, and was so very accommodating, to provide the best service possible. It turned out the second (ordered) fan for the living room was delayed until the following week, which she then came and installed. But it wasn't as critical as having one for our grandson to sleep comfortably.

We love our new fans and are so appreciative to Jan for her excellent, "over and beyond" quality customer service. Thanks Jan!!

I brought in a light that I had purchased from Morocco and needed to have it rewired. Jan stopped what she was doing and went to work on it. I give this place a two thumbs up just for Jan alone. I was buying a new house in the area and went to see Jan about fans for my house. She helped me decide on the perfect selection so she ordered them for me. We set up a date and time for installation. Unfortunately my closing date kept changing and Jan worked with me, and this went on for several months. She was so caring and understanding and kept saying that she understood and it was no problem. I called her on Friday July 21 and said that I was sure I would be closing on Thursday July 27. She advised no big deal and said that she could get me take care of on that following Saturday. What a godsend, through all of the times I had scheduled and rescheduled she handled everything very professionally and took care of me to get my fans installed just as she had promised. She is such a wonderful lady to deal with and I would recommend her for any of your fan issues or needs that you may have.

Jan is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking out lights and fans for your home. I went there to find two replacement ceiling fans. At first I did not see anything to my style and liking. Jan's son took my info and began to look for the ceiling fans that met my taste and style. Jan later called me to tell me she had a couple of fans that could be what I was looking for. I went back to the store, and the fans were perfect! Not only that, she had pulled fans out that were on clearance. She gave no pressure to buy any non-clearance items. While I was purchasing the fans, I was also able to purchase a chandelier. It, too, was on clearance. Jan also offers installation on ceiling ready mounts for a reasonable fee. She and her son truly went above and beyond of installing the chandelier and ceiling fans. We are more than pleased and most definitely be going back and recommending Jan to others.

Jan helped us pick out several ceiling fans for our home. She is great! When we didn’t see anything in her showroom, she sat down with us and went through manufacturer catalogs. Jan spent at least two hours going through books with us, explaining about air flows and giving us install tips. We were looking for ceiling fans with a high lumen output on the light and when we found a fan we liked in the book, she found a fan in her showroom with similar lumens so we could see the brightness of the light. Jan is very knowledgeable about fans and we were really happy that we made the hour drive to her shop. We had tried several other lighting companies that were closer to home but nothing compared to the customer service she provided. We highly recommend this small, local business.
