I have to say that I haven't had All Lights come out and do work for me (YET), but when I called with my problem of several outlets and a few lights not working,

Charles told me to check the breaker again because they sometimes do not reset but look OK from the outside. "Work it back and forth a few times. That might just fix it for you." He could have come down and charged my a few hundred bucks knowing it was an easy fix but instead he helped me getting going without a service call. Everything is back on now!

NICE !

Now I KNOW who to call when I need real work done !
