Highly recommend! Maria and Kelly at the front desk are super helpful and friendly. Both dental assistants know what they are doing. Dr Wells provides nothing but quality work and honesty.

Dr. Wells was very kind and gentle. The procedure was painless! She saved my tooth and did an excellent job! Exceptional care! Anna is very sweet and helped calm me during the procedure, since I’m usually nervous to get dental work done. The office is super clean and it’s a very relaxing environment. They really take great care of the patients here!

wow, let me start by saying that I was super nervous but super excited to go to this dental appointment that i was suppose to have today at 1:00pm but i got a call earlier, saying that they refusing me as a new client due to the fact that a day before Maria had called me to let me know that my access to healthcare was no longer in service and to give them a call to make sure that that wasn’t the case . I called back and Maria was busy so I was put on hold for seven minutes. I decided that I can just let another Front Desk person know so I called back and someone answers me just with a hello and I asked, is that normally how you answer the phone she says no but your contact ID was here on my phone so I was like OK and I asked her how long she was working there she told me about half a year. I moved on. I spoke with Maria. Then Maria calls me later on that day because she was telling me that some of my stuff was not covered.
Maria mentioned that the florid protection was not covered that fluoride was not covered. We asked how much it was. She says it was $50. I let her know that I know your office pays probably $50 for a pack of 50 those that’s a dollar each. Is there anywhere that we can get a little discount? That’s what we know Because I believe charging $50 for something that they only pay a dollar for is ridiculous. Maria had said that we can speak to the doctor when we see her tomorrow. But unfortunately I am no longer seeing a doctor because they’re refusing my service as a new client all because their staff is unprofessional. The doctor Wells called me to let me know that I didn’t have a good experience with the Front Desk person which that is not the case. I just had asked her questions because I was thrown off my rocket. Also, I haven’t been to a dentist place in a long time so I’m very nervous so I’m asking Maria as well. How long have they worked here so I can get an idea. Maria even is giggling over the phone telling me what the case was regarding why they will not accept me as a client. So please I would not recommend this establishment. There is no professionalism at all.

I’ve been going to All Smiles Family Dentistry for my braces, and overall it’s been a pretty good experience. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and organized. They usually run on time for appointments, which I really appreciate. The orthodontist explains things clearly and makes sure I understand each step of the process.

Dr. Wells is a truly amazing Dentist and cares so much about her patient that she even performs all the cleanings herself! In a town that has been taken over by big group corporate practices, Dr. Wells remains Independently owned and operated, I cannot recommend her and her great staff highly enough!

All the ladies do incredible work there. They always make me feel comfortable and at ease. Of course, Dr. Wells is an expert at her craft as well. She always fully reviews plans and a schedule for work to be done. They always ensure I fully comprehend where in the process I am. There's no place I would rather go to have my dental work done.
