The booking process was easy to schedule. They sent lots of reminders up to the day of the appointment, which I appreciated. The technician arrived on time and I was given a heads up when he was on his way. The process was quick and easy and we are very happy with the results! They even got some stains out that we weren't sure would budge. I would recommend!

If you have pets, this is the ONLY carpet cleaning service that uses enzyme products to remove the stain and smell, along with a protector. My carpets always smell amazing and stain free. In addition, Allen is very knowledgeable, and the customer service is great.

Allen is incredible!

From the time of the booking, communication is excellent, personable, and this business works hard to accommodate your schedule.

I've used this business twice now and will use them again in the future. My carpet is old, but somehow looks new after Allen gets done with it.

I also have a dog and I gotta say, I can't smell her anymore. 😉 Which, as any dog owner knows is almost impossible, especially after a rainy/muddy couple of summers.

Allen Rapid Dry did a commercial cleaning for our office. Greg Allen and his technicians are very professional. Worked quickly but did a thorough job. Great price as well! After getting the carpets cleaned, I did not come into work sneezing like I have been.

Overall a great experience from the first time I called to get an estimate until the job was finished! We are very happy with the professional service we received from Devon and Larry. Upon arriving at my home, they both explained the process as well the chemicals they were going to use and made my carpets look like brand new in no time.

5 stars. Devin was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the service provided. We have 2 husky mixes, a cat, and a toddler who have not been kind to our carpet. Especially our stairs. Our carpet seriously looks brand new! Would definitely recommend these guys.
