Josh was most helpful and honest. He asked me to send him a pic and gave me his opinion and advice which was 100% right on. I didn't need to make an appointment for them to come out. I called Chad for an estimate and he was here the next day, gave a fair and honest bid, presented me w bid that very same day. His breadth of knowledge on subject matter and expediency made it a no-brainer to go with Alpha Omega. They have since completed the work and in excellent time, on schedule. Josh, Jesse, Matt and everyone at AOE were life-savers for us. We had an unbelievable sequence of problems, starting with a neighbor's tree-limb ripping our power line off the roof. AOE came immediately to install a new panel. We had an outstanding permit from 1993 that had never been closed! They helped us solve the problem and got us set up with a whole-house plug for our generator, while we waited for PG & E to turn power back on. When power was restored, PG & E damaged the new panel. AOE came back immediately and stuck with us until our power was finally restored. Can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness they showed.

I will only be going to Alpha Omega Electric moving forward. Everything from the scheduling to appointment was incredible. Juan came and fixed our old and confusing wiring in record time. I can’t express how relieved I feel with my entire experience. Request Juan if he’s available, I’m overjoyed with how well this company runs the show. Alpha Omega did an amazing job for us. We didn't realize it, but our old discontinued panel was quite a fire hazard. They replaced it the same day and added two additional lines we needed. On top of doing a fabulous job, they were also some of the friendliest workers we've ever had in our house. We will definitely be using them again for any electrical work needed.
