I had an exceptional experience shopping at American Furniture Galleria. My brother had visited the Galleria the day before and had spoken with the Furniture Sales Representative, Michael. My brother informed Michael that he would be bringing me to the Galleria the following day and asked him to assist me.

Michael was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. By the time I left the Galleria, I had everything I needed for my new home. Michael provided exceptional service.

I contacted him regarding a situation, and he rectified it immediately without hesitation. I will gladly refer Michael to anyone seeking an expert in his field, as he consistently delivers exceptional results.

My wife Gina and Ihad a great time shopping at American Furniture. Michael our salesman was very knowledgeable about furniture, materials, and was very professional and courteous. We were given a great deal along with a five year warranty on damage or stains. We were so pleased with our deal that we went back to buy a few more things for our home. American Furniture not only treats you well but most importantly, they have excellent quality furniture and other home decors.

Had a good experience at American Furniture Gallery in Rancho Cordova. We had just spent nearly 2 hours looking for a couch set at RC Willey and could not find anything that fit and felt comfortable.
Being somewhat discouraged we decided to give AFG a try and we were able to find a reclining sofa and matching love seat.
What sealed the deal was the motorized head rest and ample storage and USB charging options.
The staff at AFG were easy to work with and we felt absolutely no pressure to buy. The couch set looks good and delivery and setup was fast.
We highly recommend AFG and will put them on the top of the list when a Furniture buy need arises again.

After searching for a whole week for a new setup all we needed was living room and dining sets. We went to most furniture store in Rancho Cordova, Folsom and surrounding. 02/08/2024 we had the pleasure of stepping in here and were greeted by Red. Red, unlike many others who are salesmen in every different store we visited has been also a service tech so he had a different mindset the whole time. He gave us space and answered all the annoying questions we had (it was a lot). He was not a pushy salesman at all! Just answering every question honestly and with much detail about the actual physical quality of the furniture.

After being there for a good amount of time we found what we needed and Red along with the manager helped us finalized the process which was very simple.

Red, Thank you for everything, you not only came at us a salesman but as an actual human being. We highly appreciate that!

Overall the service was great, the atmosphere was great, they have a huge selection which is weird considering they're the little brother to the bigger one in Folsom.

We bought a reclining loveseat and sofa set in July 2024. Shortly after these got delivered, we regretted our purchase. They turned out being so uncomfortable. You can feel hard wood where you should be able to feel soft cushion. We called and asked if there was any sort of satisfaction guarantee, but were told no. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a high cost, yet low quality product.
(Also, one of our couches was damaged during delivery... it happens. Had to schedule a 2nd delivery appt but they did bring a replacement for the broken part.)
Gave an extra star for the initial service we received from Michael. He was friendly and didn't pressure us.

I got my Glam 7-Drawer Dresser with a very good discount by Michael. Easy and convenient. The only downside was when picking it up from the warehouse, there was a minor scratch on top. Can’t confirm if it was from the rough drop onto the bed of the truck or when removing it off the truck. Overall, I recommend American Furniture!
