Good experience. Picked up the dining room set I bought on sale 4 weeks ago. This is a warehouse, not a retail furniture gallery. Belevedere AV locarion. I received a message advising me of my order's arrival at their warehouse, 2 days prior to going there. It's a very convenient location for me. Way closer than the actual retail store.
I took my receipt to the office window, as their signs clearly instruct a customer who's picking up an order to do. I was there close to the advertised 5pm closing time, and no one else was waiting. The clerk verified my receipt & photo ID & told me to back my truck up to to the loading dock. I waited maybe 5 minutes before a very nice warehouse worker appeared with my box & loaded it into my truck. The "unassembled" table & chair set fit perfect! I signed the receipt, after he verified my name was on the order, got my copy & was home by 5:02PM..

A little pricey comparing to Becks or RC Willey. The delivery fee is crazy $130. If you can wait for a sale then the price is more reasonable.

if you are picking the option to pick up the furniture you buy from American Furniture then this is one of the places to go pick up your furniture. You are required to bring your own truck to carry the furniture with though so just rent a Uhaul and you will be all good. The people are quite friendly and will help you load the furniture up onto your truck
