The usual idiosyncrasies related to a sale, in my experience, were not present here. The assistance and everything else associate with this transaction, was very professional. Items deliver were those promise, and all as agreed. I was assisted by Eva, who took her time to explain the differences on the mattresses as well as in the selection of the bed-frame.
