The sofas were nice but not what I was looking for so I didn't end up purchasing. The staff will follow you around and will provide information to the floor models as you look at them. The sofa that I was kind of interested in, they pulled out the materials and color options for use to feel and see.

We went to ANA furniture in San Mateo. Marina was an excellent customer service rep. She answers all our questions and was very responsive by text after we left the store. She got in touch with the San Francisco store which had our exact sofa and love seat we wanted. She arranged that they put in on hold for us to see the next day.
In SF the customer rep Yoey Wu was as well excellent and knowledgeable about the furniture we wanted. We would highly recommend ANA furniture.

Happy to see that someone can speak Cantonese and know about what they are doing about home furniture. Matthew was the one we went to see all the time. Ana has a variety of selections and the price is good too. I am happy about what I am buying here!

The seller said this is real leather , but actually it’s not. Opened the bottom and closed it, but it cannot close completely. The seller said this is a very good quality sofa. It’s not true. I am not going back to this store.

The furniture we got are great quality, got huge discounts on them, free delivery, and they do payment plans which is a plus. Richard was super helpful in showing us furniture and w/ the process of purchasing and delivery (also very kind)! Unfortunately, the delivery guys scraped our tv stand/console when trying to get it through the door.. Not noticeable, but still disappointing.

I visited this store twice and both times ended up purchasing very nice furnitures for my house. The showroom is spacious and full of excellent choices of furniture. If you manage to come in during their sale season, you could buy good quality products with cheaper prices. The staff are very friendly and nice and knowledgeable. I got assisted by Winnie, Matthew and Leah. Love them. They made you feel at ease. They won’t follow you around, just let you roam around to see for yourself. And, when you have questions, they’re always be there to help.

ANA is such a hidden gem in the Bay Area. They had different styles of selection from dinning table, office desk, light stands, cabinet, bed frames, mattress, and etc. All have incredible quality that wont make you disappointed. Our man, Matthew, helped us everytime with wonderful customer service. He is so knowledgeable and gave us many suggestions. Thank you so much for everything.
