Andrus installed a new home control audio visual system on my yacht recently and I was completely satisfied with the work that they did. Three of the most important things that I look for in a contractor is quality of work, customer service, and showing up when they say they are going to show up. Andrus did exactly that. Definitely they place a high value on customer satisfaction. They did not send the final bill until they knew I was completely satisfied. I am definitely going to use them again.

I have had a great experience with Andrus Audio for over 8 years. TV systems have become pretty complicated and the Andrus team set up my new system where I only need one remote! They also helped me with changing over all my streaming services to a new account after my husband died. I can't overstate how patient and helpful Jesse, JC, and Nick were. They also put all wiring behind the wall so I don't have electrical cords hanging every which way. This company has saved me from having a nervous breakdown because I get very frustrated with how complicated it gets between cable, ROKU, etc. Thank you Andrus Audio!

Having purchased a home that Andus Audio installed a comprehensive Video, audio and smart home features, Andrus Audio has failed to provide the level of service that I expected. After the router failed most of the functionality of the system went down with it. Isaiah Andrus did not offer to repair the system, but instead recommended another service person. That person did the best he could given that he was not familiar with the system, its components or its various settings. Isaiah did provide some assistance over the telephone. But Andrus Audio was not able to provide a list of devices, their functions, and how they were wired together, Isaiah stated that Andrus Audio does not document their installations. When the Ethernet switch was exposed Isaiah was not able to identify the purpose and destination of the wires connected to the switch. He offered to charge $125 per hour to provide that information. When asked about the location of and operation of the device that acts as a timer to turn on the lighting. Isaiah was not able to provide that information. I am unable to comment on the ability of Andus Audio to install a system, but I am disappointed in their servicing of their prior installations. Isaiah has made good the resolution of my complaint by sending a technician who identified and resolved the remaining problems.
