I bring a lot of resale items here because I know that they work hard to get the money that is used for our handicap citizens. When I come to their back receiving door for merchandise drop off, there us always a kind employee waiting to help me; always with a thankful smile !!!

Dropped off some donations here yesterday and stopped in to look for some furniture. They didn't have what I was looking for but the ladies helped direct me to a place that might. They also are now able to sell walkers, wheelchairs and crutches. That's great for seniors and disabled people that need them now and can't wait for insurance to provide.

I normally shop at the Hemet location only but I visited this San Jacinto location for the first time today and I was impressed on how much cleaner and organized the store is and the staff is much more friendly here compared to the Hemet location.

Racist people working on Sunday I stopped at the store by accident I was looking for food store.
and looked around I saw a toaster the sticker was on top but it was loose so put it on on the glass I didn’t need it but i took it to the register the tall guy with glasses took it away to doble the price he made me feel sad only because I’m Spanic . Fue una falta the respeto nunca regresaré ahí.

The little old lady with white hair is extremely rude and makes the place not fun to shop at all. Prices have gone up on items that are damaged and next to worthless. The store has sadly gone downhill over the last year. Not family friendly.

Update: the staff has gone uphill. The tall gentleman that works there now is super nice and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices on things continue to go up, which is a bummer.

The employees were friendly. Unfortunately I purchased a bed frame that was infected with termites. Did not see this until we got it home. Instead of returning it. I will have it picked up by the waste provider. Not sure if they were aware of the issue. Items donated should be better inspected. I know I will be more careful in the future. Now I have lost money and have nothing to show for it.☹️

I find lots of great clothes here. There’s also a decent amount of kitchen items and home decor. I appreciate the friendly staff keeping everything well organized.
It’s also easy to donate. Be sure to place it along the wall and keep the sidewalk clear. Thank you to everyone who donates clean and good quality items.
