My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the store. Chris and John were very knowledgeable and skilled at helping us transform our home into something we are happy and proud of. Their expertise made it seamless and enjoyable. After a very large purchase we are still adding pieces. This will be our forever go to. We made two new friends in addition.

Terrible service. Asked for info in beds and the guy we asked disappeared supposedly getting info. Waited for 10 minutes...other sales people ignored us completely even though we clearly had questions. Qe were ready to buy and ended up walking out. Totally unimpressed by the inattentive customer service. Had the store been busy. We would have understood. But we were the ONLY shoppers rhere...and there were probably 5.sales people sitting at deaks on their laptops or cell phones ignoring us. Will not be spending our money here.

Terrible customer service. I came in to do a return and was excited to do some in store shopping. I was standing at design desk with a return and a sales associate immediately says I can’t help you. It extremely disappointing to hear. I didn’t even have come back comment.

I completely understand being busy but saying that to customers is completely not ok. I was fully taken back.

Was a very spacious showroom the lady was very nice who greeted me, was just in the store to browse, lots of good quality furniture.

I’ve literally called into the store 5 times in the last few days during store hours to ask a question and possibly place an order. Not once has the phone been answered and when I’ve left a message for a call back, no response.

Nice stuff. Add $300 to anything you order though for delivery. No option to pick up.

On-line after searching at many furniture sites, I found a dining table to purchase at Arhaus that met my needs. Hesitant to buy sight unseen I reached out to this store for assistance.
Two representatives, Darnell and Soyoung, were willing to assist with my myriad of questions and possible concerns. They were patient, knowledgeable, offered good suggestions and were willing to find answers not immediately available. Very impressive!

Arhaus opened at the perfect time as I was interested in upgrading some of my furniture. The amazing design consultant Ashu helped me pick out my new office and bedroom furniture. I have never been happier with a furniture purchase. I typically shopped at Crate & Barrell and had two horrible experiences there. Arhaus is a massive upgrade!

The furniture is beautiful and high quality! The customer service I received felt like I was shopping at Tiffany's - super high end. I had a little glitch with a bedside table I ordered (which was my fault) and the team helped me get to resolution seamlessly. The cherry on top was the delivery. Never before have I had such an incredible furniture delivery team. They were ultra professional and experienced. Needless to say, I will be buying all of my furniture from Ashu at Arhaus!
