I've had to cut down a tree and pull things that died out because he didn't set up a water supply. The back yard is a disaster. He put in plants and moved trees, but didn't ensure they'd be watered. Impossible to get them to show up if there's a problem. Made appointments and canceled my own schedule only to have them not show.
