My wife and I went to find a dining table and chairs. Jessie greeted us at the door, lead us to the dining table department and allowed us to look unattended. She came back to check on us probably 10 - 15 minutes later. Answered our questions and assisted us in buying. We did not feel any pressure and the atmosphere was extremely relaxed. The transaction was quick and the loaders were efficient and kind as well. Thank you.

My wife and I just moved into a new house. We needed furnishings and I couldn't imagine a better bunch of people to help us with that task than all of the staff at Arwood's furniture in Warrensburg.
First time in we were late and they stayed after hours for us. We forgot a bench, not only did they assemble it, but delivered to our home.
The following week we returned to purchase the rest of our homes furnishings and the staff was very accommodating answering all of our concerns and questions.
If you want to purchase furniture without high pressure salespeople. Go to Arwood's furniture. They make you feel welcome without the sales pressure.

We enjoyed shopping at Arwood's Furniture. The facility is clean, well lit, and attractive. The building is very spacious so furniture was arranged with plenty of room to move around without being crowded. It was easy to picture what it would look like in our home. An associate approached us soon after entering . She helped us narrow down the style and brand we wanted and where to find it in the store. She was very knowledgeable and stayed with us throughout our search, providing information about each item we considered . There was no rush or hard sales tactics. She was very pleasant and professional . She gave us options for delivery and facilitated the option we chose . We highly recommend Arwoods and they will be first on our list when we consider a furniture purchase again .

I highly recommend Arwood’s Furniture & Mattress if you need to have a Lazy boy item repaired. The staff were really friendly and helpful with repairing our Lazy-boy dual recliner sofa. I will definitely be using them again.

We will continue this review when we get our furniture. In 4 to six weeks. We took our time choosing what we wanted and the store has such a large selection it took us four hours to search and evaluate the comfort of each item. The two recliners took the most time. In all the time we searched April and Joe continued to verify any questions we had. They were prompt but not interfering both of them were pleasant, helpful, informative, honest regarding the different brands both positive and negative points . They are informative with us and other customers in the store. Will evaluate the delivery, setup and furniture when recieved.

We've been shopping here for 5 years so far (since we moved here) and the staff has been extremely respectful and helpful along the way. Whether we're selecting small accent items or larger furniture purchases that we special ordered, they're fantastic! We have a preferred sales representative that we've befriended over the years and will gladly work with again and again. However, they're all great if you ask us!

The show room is very nice and the displays are great. April was very knowledgeable on mattresses and made our shopping experience delightful! Our mattress was delivered two days later and they hauled off our old mattress. All around very pleasant experience!
