Every time I prepare for a long road trip, I stop by this AutoZone for a “peace of mind” checkup. Usually, my primary concern is battery condition (extreme heat this summer) and fluid levels.

To keep from interrupting regular business, I try to visit when foot traffic is low. This also matters to me during the summer surge of Covid.

Special thanks this time to Don N., who identified an alternator issue that would have stranded me on the highway. He also helped me find a product to soak up oil on concrete.

As a direct result of my visit to AutoZone, I postponed my trip until all repairs had been completed so that I could travel safely. ?

I had some issues with a fuse in my car, and Brandon and Jon were wonderful! They helped me figure out what the problem was (they came and looked at it; turns out it was the wrong size in there!) and got me the right size so I could get on my way. Car runs great! They were wonderful and I'm so thankful for the help they provided me.

Service above and beyond! One of my brake lights went out, so I went in to purchase a brake light bulb. The man who first helped me found my correct one right away. When I was checking out, I asked if he thought I would be able to put this in myself. Without hesitation, another man immediately said he would take care of that for me. He came outside (103 degree heat out there at the time), changed it out in no time, and I was on my way. Excellent service, thank you AutoZone on Central!

Shout out to Mr.Chance off central, not only did he come get my vehicle started he also got me the correct part in a short time , and pointed me in the right direction for a mechanical. I went to Auto zone on 11/28/23 about 8:00 at night because I was having problems with my head lights my dem lights had went out a week and couldn't figure out what was wrong with them and then my bright lights went out also a week after still could figure out what was wrong everyone told me that it wasn't the bulbs well when I went in store JOHN MORRISON was the man who helped me . I have had a terrible day that day and John did everything he could to get me what I needed to fix my problem he was so nice and helpful and really just made my day so much better we need more ppl like that to work in customer service. Thank you yoJohn Morrison for letting me walk out with a lot less stress .
