I have to tell you, these photos do not even do this justice! Arye is an artist! He definitely knows what he is doing as I brought in (what I thought was good) upholstery fabric I wanted to use. Granted, it's beautiful fabric but has a looser weave but I had already bought it and Arye with his expertise made it work with a LOT of extra work on his part. The price he quoted me was already reasonable and he didn't charge me any more for the extra work I made him do so, be sure you ask him what fabric is best or chose one from the many he has in stock! He also made me an extra pillow and reinforced the seat under the cushions AND he restained the legs (mind blown about all these extras I can't even keep track of lol). All this has made this 20 year old king chair like new :). I HIGHLY recommend Arye at A-Z Upholstery for anything you need. Arye is very kind and very professional and takes so much pride in his work, which he loves. I am a very, very happy customer!!

I needed replacement cushions to replacement the really won out ones on my vintage armchair. I wanted to keep it as original looking as possible, so the replacement cushions and fabric needed to complement the existing fabric on the rest of the chair while giving it a little bit of an upgraded look. I was driving around the Sherman Way area the week after Christmas when the most of the upholstery shops were closed for the holidays when I chanced Jon this shop. I called the number on the sign up front and spoke with Arye. Arye was very accommodating and saw me that very moment and gave me a fair quote. He told me he was going to get it done in about a week. It was a real plus that he got it done in only a couple of days and the quality of his work was excellent both inside and outside. He consulted with me and really gave good suggestions which I appreciated very much. I’m very happy with his work and now this redone chair is my favorite chair at home. I highly recommend this business.

I was nervous about getting these 70’s/80’s dining chairs reupholstered because I loved the original fabric so much, but they were in much need of some TLC. Basically disintegrating lol. But Arye knocked it out of the park!! Not only did he do an amazing job, but he finished all three chairs in less than a week. He even reupholstered the buttons for me. They look great. I’d trust him with anything!!

Super nice and "beyond the call of duty" helpful! I called looking for fabric (in-stock) for dining room chairs (he'd just moved location to over on Sherman Way) -- good selection of "remnant" rolls (and more)-- But the fabric I REALLY wanted wasn't quite enough for my 6 chairs. He remembered he had some extra stray pieces of it and took time to search for them-- found them! --and then (for no extra cost) quick sewed pieces together so I'd have enough for all my chairs! (one seam will show but I loved the fabric so much he knew I'd be ok with that). He made my day!!
