Great customer service.I bought a hanging chandelier a year ago but wasn't able to put it up until recently.Two of the bulb glass shrouds had a blemish in the glass.I called to see if I could purchase replacement shrouds because I knew I was past the Warranty date.To my surprise Bailey Street Home replaced the shrouds free of charge.

I had ordered a ceiling fan and realized shortly after that it was not going to work on my slanted ceiling. As soon as I realized this, I cancelled the order and was pleasantly surprised to get a quick response from Jay-Pee on the case management team, informing me my initial order had been successfully cancelled. I even received a personalized message from Jay-Pee vs. a generic one. I am very pleased with how Bailey Street Home handled this situation. When I find the ceiling fan that will work for my home, I will DEFINITELY order it through them as I know I will be taken care of the way customers should!

Awful customer service. Won't return faulty products if they have been "installed." I had a pendant light I ordered from them. The glass shade was manufactured incorrectly which caused the whole light to hang at angle. They denied my return request because it had been installed already. I asked them how I was supposed to know that it would hand incorrectly prior to installing it? I had two electricians and a GC try to fix it with no avail. Save your money and buy from a company that actually has a customer service department that is beyond an AI chat bot. $200 down the drain!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT purchase from this website. Their pricing looks deceiving good but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for. Ordered a large bathroom vanity mirror for our new build and when we finally opened the box, the mirror looked like a fun house mirror. Completely warped. I reached out to customer service to see if they could replace and exchange since it is a defective or an extremely poorly produced mirror and they refused and gave me excuses on why they don’t take it back not to mention in a very rude way as well. Do yourself a favor and move on. It is not worth it.

I contacted customer service for a replacement part of a lighting fixture I purchased recently. Gerard Gonzalez helped me order the replacement part free of charge. The experience is so great. Gerard is professional, delightful and resolved my issue very quickly! I would definitely shop again at Bailey Street Home and recommend it to my family and friends.

I placed an order for two sconces on Wednesday, 5/30 because of their same day shipping or get $50 claim in hopes of receiving the lights ASAP. I called customer service one week later because I hadn't receive any information about shipment. I waited for over 25 minutes and the only information they could give me was that they would email shipping information in two days. I get shipping information two days later on 6/2 thinking the lights would be sent soon, but the shipping status has not been updated and it's been 4 days already.

Beware of their same day shipping or get $50 claim. It's deceiving!!! Yes, I received my $50 credit but I still don't have any lights.

Also, I've emailed Bailey Street Home SEVERAL times and they have not responded. And their customer service phone line always has a very long wait.

I WOULD NOT recommend that you order from Bailey Street Home. Horrible experience.

BUYER BEWARE. NOT Reputable. Total Scam/Fake . Bought items. Recieved but they were cheap falling apart & broken. Knock off. Bailey Home would not issue return shipping label or respond to email requests. I returned at my own expense and one month later Bailey Home has not refunded .
