Horrible customer service. Purchased an extended warranty and when we started having trouble with recliners they denied the claims. NEVER returned phone calls always said they would look into it and call back. Never did. Never got anywhere. Seems like they have a huge turn over and no one knows anything. Furniture is cheaply build and doesn’t hold up. Have purchased numerous items over the years because they do have a great price point but never again.

Whatever you do. Don’t walk in the doors. You’re better off anywhere else. We’ve never actually received any furniture from here. First thing we bought came broken. So we had to return, 2nd item we thought we bought a sectional only for it to continue to have a delivery date pushed out to 2025. When we purchased early summer. You’ll get the excuse it’s our supply chain, we need to train our employees better. Essentially the managers won’t take ownership and continue to contribute to the ridiculous deep issues they have . And if you happen to be lucky enough to actually get your order. Be wise and read the below reviews about how cheap the product is and the likelihood it’ll be broke in under a year. Worst place in town to buy furniture. Stay far far away. But please go in if you enjoy being lied to and dissatisfied.

Ordered this Cali king bed a month ago here in Fbks. Got a call 2 weeks later, said it arrived. Went to warehouse, and it was a queen mattress. Went back to get the Cali king reordered. Mattress arrives the next week, go pick up it, come home it's a KING mattress. Call them Friday the 15th, they go to warehouse to look for Cali king, call me next day to arrange pick up for king and exchange it out for the Cali king. I came home today to unwrap the plastic and this is how it came out. I paid well over 1200 + for this, just to get a BRAND NEW DIRTY CALI KING. Freaking upset and waited so long for this. This doesn't even deserve the star. Terrible management & customer service. I want a freaking refund. ?

1st time doing business with Bailey's and the Customer Service Lady was above and beyond helpful. The Delivery driver's were both very nice and got my couch set up fast, and cleaned everything up the way they found it. Very nice and professional staff! I would shop here again.

Extremely disappointed after spending over $2,850. In July 2022 I order 2 Storage bed and a chest that was partially delivered mid August. After multiple trips to store finally in Sep they confirmed no one had reorder missing furniture and I ended up getting a floor sample chest with no discounts whatsoever. I still ended up buying another chest that the owner graciously gave me a discount. Mid October I visit the store to find that still the bed drawers and new chest were not ordered. Is Nov 28 and I still haven’t heard anything if it’s not because I call. Finally the owner apologized however I spend my holidays with a sad bedroom. Let’s see how long I have to wait until finally someone does something. Friendly staff but poor organization.

Please do not give these people one cent. I purchased $2500 worth of furniture from them in August, they said they would schedule delivery within 10 days. After many phone calls and many excuses they didn’t deliver it until 7 weeks later. A week after it was delivered the dresser started to fall apart and half the drawers won’t open or close. I tried many many times to have them service it. They even told me that I had to talk to their store in Anchorage because they couldn’t handle it. Finally they told me to call back in a few months after they hire new people. Fine. I call back in February, we set up a service appointment, and the day of the appointment they called me and said I have to pay upfront for labor and transportation because it’s not under warranty. Unbelievable.

Furnitures are good, staff aren't. They just lies about a lot of things just to get the sales. Shipment takes forever from Anchorage for some reason So sad to see this place like this, it wasn't like this few years ago. ?‍♂️

After being in the place for some time looking for beds & bed frames with a new born we had no help… by the time we were leaving is when someone tried to “acknowledge” us.
