Needed to install a commercial stainless double sink. The guys at the parts counter were super helpful collecting all the parts necessary to build the waste plumbing, and everything was in stock. Happy to have found a good plumbing supply on this side of the hill.

Horrible customer service. Salesperson told us we'd be getting a specific component in our faucet package. Component turned out not to be included. Went back to address the problem. Supervisor said salesperson was on an appointment, and I'd have to come back to talk to that salesperson because only they knew what had transpired. When I came back, the salesperson was hidden and the same supervisor now took lead, telling me I was confused..mistaken....must have misread the spec sheets. (Interesting how the supervisor went from uninformed and unable to opine and became an expert on what had been said, even though she wasn't there.). Dishonest and insulting service.

Only thing they did well was give me my money back when I returned the product.

We were just getting a Delta handheld part. We could not find it anywhere else readily----- without ordering it. The counter man found one for us. He was friendly and very helpful. This company is lucky to have a good employee like this man. Thanks

Tried to place an order for specific bathroom fixtures. I was promised a detailed quote for that afternoon but it was never sent. It was not clear that the sales rep. knew that much about plumbing. I placed my order with Los Gatos Plumbing supply. I will definitely not waste my time going to Bay.

Told by the employee that "[he] would have to get up and go grab the part, making it a waste of his time" among a variety of other disparaging comments. Bay Plumbing is the worst service I have ever received buying a product anywhere. Completely useless staff that appear to actively hate the customers and the business they are working for.

This post is specifically about Daniel in parts - use anybody else. I got heavy sighs from the minute I came in to get a hard-to-find part. He said he would call the manufacturer and get back to me - never did - and after multiple attempts to get a hold of him the only response he had was "your not the only customer I have" - so I went elsewhere. Worst customer experience I have had in a long time.

Local business. I've been going there for 40 ish years as a plumbing contractor. The people who work there are friendly with each other and with customers if you are a contractor.

However the staff in the front seem so busy at times that they have dropped the ball on orders my customers have placed with them. The plumbing store in the front not only seems separate from the contractors counter in the back but manifests as a small problem for contractors who phone in because the plumbing store in the front picks up the phone and has to transfer you to that back making the contractors wait many minutes to speak to the contractors counter. This is a problem for contractors that don't have to wait on the phone IF they phone Ferguson Enterprises, Slakey Brothers or A.L. Lease. Sometimes the wait on the phone is so long I lose my allegiance to them and call their competion.
