Buyer, beware once they take your money they do not care about you‼️ Horrible experience‼️ bought a sectional and ottoman with their warranty package that was $500 extra! fabric started balling up within months of owning it, back frame, broke within a year.. contacted the store and warranty company, was told that it was fixable only to then have my claim denied. Called the store for my warranty to be refunded if the warranty wasn’t going to work and was told basically too bad.. now I’m stuck with a broken sectional! 3,000 down the drain.. not worth it. They are so hard to get a hold of. Their warranty package is a scam!!

Lots or choices for great prices. Our sales gentleman Tim greeted us and helped us purchase a sectional sofa. He made sure we were getting the best deal we could. It was the opposite of some of the competitor furniture stores where they’ll try to rip you off. I highly recommend Becks furniture. And don’t forget to ask for Tim for help!

Overall experience was OK. Don't expect much of a price break when buying multiple items or getting "floor displays". Sales guy Rob was great to work with.
