My wife and I were looking for a sofa bed to add to a new ADU/guest house constructed on our property. After having a less than optimal experience with a another local retailer for American leather products, we paid a visit to Neil Land at Bedfellows.

He had exactly what we were looking for in stock in his showroom. Furthermore, he had a number of helpful accessories, such as a mattress protector, and fitted sheets that were specifically designed to be used with this type of mattress, which is thinner than the standard.

Delivery was arranged two days later, and now the guest house is coming together very nicely because of Neil’s help. He gave us a good price and was very honorable in his dealings. If you want to do business with an experienced and honest businessman, I suggest shopping at Bedfellows.

I know we love the convenience of buying stuff online but if you’re looking for something to last, maybe you should check it out first! Neil is a very nice guy and we definitely had a pleasant experience buying furniture from him. You might get a great price you might not be able to get online too.

Bedfellows is definitely an interesting place to visit. It has a varied mix of unique contemporary furniture and antique appliances. Think IKEA-style coffee tables with old-fashioned phones and typewriters on them. It's a great place to see some interesting things (and artists or decorators can get ideas here), but it's also the sort of place where everything is absurdly overpriced. Even by normal "antique markup" standards, the value here is low. If you don't care about your money all that much, you can surely get some neat stuff, but I'd definitely look elsewhere before shopping here.

I ended up buying my mattress at bedfellows but not until I had gone into all the other stores and there's plenty of bed stores and they all sell just about the same thing you just have to try out beds and see which one works for you and I decided to buy here because of the woman who was the sales person she was very knowledgeable and very kind and gave me some money off on a bed frame headboard in other words I got a little package deal but it still was not cheap.
