We choose the style we wanted and sat down to look over different fabrics we would like. We also had a demo of how we can clean our couch if it gets dirty. The whole experience was amazing. Kevin is very knowledgeable and considerate. We went here to look for a tempurpedic mattresses. We got there before store open hours and he opened early for us. He explained the different choices and provided reasonable recommendations based on what we were looking for. He did not try to upsell us on anything (mattress, frame, pillows, warranties, etc..). We moved from Mountain View to our new homevin Seabright, Santa Cruz on 9/24/2021, and wanted to get new furnture. After looking around, we found our choice, a lovely Italian -designed couch and chair at Bedrooms and More on El Camino Real in San Carlos. The owner took over two hours showing us different leathers and educating us about leather, which was faboulous! We chose a glove-soft gray leather, and love it! We also purchased two lovely night stands in cherry & maple, that we love. The service, both the purchase and the delivery was terrific! Our couch and chair came pretty quickly, especially considering the supply chain delays due to Covid, and we just received our night stands, which had to be constructed and shipped from Vermont, which is understandable.

We couldn't be happier with the products and service we received from Bedrooms and More in San Carlos!
