Amazing service at Berkeley Lighting today. We came in with a reading lamp that we purchased at this store 25 years ago that stopped working. Manager Robert Wien took it apart and identified the burned-out socket, and told us that the replacement parts are no longer available. But then he got an idea, and switched out the halogen fixture with an LED fixture, fishing around in boxes of old parts as he rewired the whole thing. So, we saved a couple of hundred bucks (double that, actually, because we would have had to replace the matching lamp, too), saved this lamp from the landfill, and only had to pay $12 for the new bulb! No charge for the service! Thank you, Robert and Berkeley Lighting!

I have been going to Berkeley Lighting for years and recommend them very highly. They helped us upgrade our pendant lights in the kitchen and also with outdoor lighting. We had an issue recently with one of the transformers and they addressed it quickly. Another thing we like is that they have so many lights on display, it's always good to review in person before making a decision.
