BLOWN AWAY. Jim and his team replaced a ripped plastic window on my soft top Miata same day, in 2 hours. The price was significantly less than local competitors and the top looks AMAZING. Bernie’s gives me every reason to believe that honest businesses still exist.

An absolutely wonderful and honest and great team there !!! Words can not express how good Jim and Val are but I can try to find every good adjective and good word in the dictionary to describe how perfectly wonderful and great of a job they did on my top and do on all these tops… which I may add, I have seen and are NOT easy ! They work on the oldest car to the newest car on the planet and if they can’t do it… they will say with honesty they can’t, but almost every time they can fix your top, it is done perfectly ! I went to 2 other places and was not treated right and was made to feel very uncomfortable, but when I called bernies, right away and in person I felt very comfortable and trusted them to touch my car. So thank you Jim and Val, you 2 are the best in the country !

Jim is amazing. He does fast, efficient, beautiful work for a very reasonable price with great communication. Not only that though, he is deeply knowledgeable about your car and provides all kinds of helpful tips and tricks.
My 2000 BMW M Roadster looks better than new and my only regret is that, with the high quality of Jim's work, it will be years before I get to chat with him again.

Amazing service from the moment my call was answered. Jim was a dream to work with! He gave me a great solution for replacing my flooded carpet so that it would be cost effective. He was able to do the job in just a couple of hours & the results were perfect! Cannot say enough good things about this business. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Jim is a genuinely a kind, honest, and hard working person.

Needed a replacement convertible top for my 2004 Audi S4. Called around to some dealerships and other shops, was not impressed.

10 minutes on the phone with Bernie's and I was sold. Bernie and his team were highly communicative, educating me on the different options of materials/weights that were available for my vehicle, and explaining the pros and cons of each. The price for materials and labor was excellent and the craftsmanship/attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The scheduling was easy, the drop off and pick up were effortless, and the final results were immensely satisfying.

You seriously need not look elsewhere, I am now a customer for life and would recommend this organization for any vehicle needing a replacement convertible top or maintenance on your convertible hardware/components. Thanks Bernie and Val!

These guys also do maintenance/repair work on sunroofs/moonroofs and the new panoramic sunroofs for most makes and models, both new and old.

I brought my Mercedes convertible in for inspection because my top was not going all the way down. Val and Jim carefully inspected my vehicle and determined the cause of this malfunction. Jim proposed a plan to fix this problem without having to completely replace my top, which would cost at least $1200+. Jim and Val are very knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and their prices are fair. I highly recommend their services for your convertible.
