I don’t typically leave reviews but my experience with this business was so terrible I feel compelled to warn others. I needed to replace my sliding door screen. I usually purchase a universal door from our local ace. But this time I wanted to upgrade to something nicer. I’m a mother of two young children and I suffer from joint problems. So I needed a quality door that I could slide easily. I purchased my screen door with the reinforced pet upgrade. When I received my order the screen was severely damaged. It had only been shipped in a thin wooden frame covered with plastic. The entire middle was bent and unrepairable. I first reached out to the team in the beginning of November. I spoke with Miguel and sent pictures of the damaged screen. I was told the pics would be reviewed and a replacement would than be sent once approved. I received no follow up or response. I called again in December and Miguel told me the same thing. At that point I was growing frustrated as I couldn’t easily open my door for my kids or dog because of the bent screen. What followed was several more calls and e-mails to Miguel & Kaiyum (manager). They both just kept giving me the run around that it would be forwarded for review. No real concern or offer to help me. As a disabled mother I just couldn’t believe how much of my time was wasted with this company. This is absolutely no way to treat your paying customers! On my last call in February to the manager I told him I would be filing a claim with my credit card company. Only than did he say he would make sure a replacement was sent and would follow up with me when it was done. He never called back but I did receive an email that a order was completed. I received a new screen in late February, 4 months after my first phone call. The screen was better packaged so it was not bent this time. But it did not come with the upgraded pet screen that I originally paid for. But I refuse to make contact with this company again. I will just take the loss at this point as it’s not worth my time. But I will never order from them again! If you read this far, my recommendation is to order local in case there’s an issue because if you go through this company be ready to commit to 10+ e-mails/phone calls over 4 months to get anything solved. Madness!

We were worried in the beginning after reading some of the reviews..... ! Anyway, they cancelled on the first trip but came thru with flying colors on the next committed date. Robert the technician installing was awesome, professsional and the screens were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. We are very very happy with the cost & install.

After having 2 cheap sliding doors from big home improvement stores fall apart and never work properly, I decided to go big from this place and get their not so cheap screen door. I should have done this the first time. High quality and well made, this door slides perfectly and is VERY study. It's been one year, and I am very happy with this purchase. Got my door 2 days after ordering.

Was very happy with the quality of the product the buying experience. Delivery for custom slider screen door took a couple of weeks, but totally acceptable given Covid and general labor availability for all companies. I would buy again and I would recommend to a friend.

I have been trying to get a hold of "Best Custom Screens" for about 8 months. They do not reply on their website, to their number or to social media comments. I ordered a screen and got the wrong size. I can't use it. I spent $200-ish on it. It's not a bad screen, but I can't do anything with it. They won't get back to me to exchange it or for a refund. I feel totally DUPED by this company.

I ordered a replacement screen in early 2021. The time frame to delivery was 4-6 weeks. It took more than 4 months to get it. Communication was poor. When I finally received it there was damage. The reason for the 4 stars was that when I called to complain, all I had to do is submit a picture of the damage. They put in a replacement order asap and I got my new screen in a timely manner.
