Very beautiful inside! Well organized and plenty of selections! Bedrooms-Livibg Rooms-Dining Rooms-Media Rooms-Appliances-Lazy Chairs and more! Very helpful staff -Christin messaged by the time we had left to update me on decor I’m looking for! Plenty of parking and super close to interstate! Eateries and gasoline. Easy experience! Always the latest in furnishings! We love it here! Locally owned is a Bonus!

I always have a great experience at Big Sandy Superstore, and it’s all because of Tonya McQueen! I actually go out of my way to shop at this location just to work with her; her knowledge and patience were so appreciated—she made the whole process easy and even kind of fun! Tonya made sure I left with exactly what I needed, and I could tell she genuinely cared about helping me find what I really wanted instead of just making a sale. It’s rare to come across someone so nice and attentive. I’ll 100% be coming back, and when I do, I’ll definitely be asking for her again. She’s a gem! Even though it’s not the closest store to me, I’ll keep coming back just to work with her.

I have bought furniture and appliances from this store. This store is organized, the staff is knowledgeable and professional to work with. Angie and Tonya McQueen, were so helpful in helping me choose what would be best for my needs. They also have a great repair service if you need it!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Rest on a mattress for about 20 minutes, and IT WAS AWESOME! Could have stayed in that spot all day! Cristin helped us tremendously! We had some great deals, also! Thanks, Big Sandy of Liberty Square!

Exceptional service. Very professional and friendly. I came in right before closing because I thought they closed at 9. I wasn’t turned away and told they were closing. Instead they helped me without question. As a first time customer of Big Sandy I’m very pleased and will absolutely be returning.
