This was just ugly from the moment we walked in the door. I told them I was ready with cash (maybe the problem) and was blown off. It took a call to corporate and I talk with the owner to get them to honor the price and complete the transaction. Then I got a "different/damaged" new tractor. After I mentioned contacting Kubota I was eventually sent some new parts. It was bad, really bad. Love the Kubota, it's a beast, and I'm glad I pushed through the process.

We had a "once in a lifetime" event happen to our KX-41 when a piece of 5/8" rebar was pushed through the bottom pan. Bingham Equipment responded quickly with the initial estimate and did such a professional and thorough repair job that our operators swear it's a brand new unit.
