Decided to leave a review to even out some of the ones by people that have never directly interacted with this company themselves.

As a landscape designer, it's hard to find a good lighting supplier. I've been using B-K Lighting products for years. They are well made, the support staff is excellent and the design resources are great. They are very nice fixtures and my clients are all very happy with them. Full disclosure: I don't exclusively spec B-K Lighting.

By far, the absolutely worst lighting company to deal with. Ordered a spec light in September of 2023. It is now January 2024, and am being told it will not be available for another 2 MONTHS even though it is allegedly "in production". This was an off the shelf fixture! 6 months to get a landscape light?

My advice, as a lighting professional is to take your business elsewhere.
I will also let all Landscape Architects who we have ever dealt with to NOT specifiy any BK lighting ever again.
