Love my dresser! Sales rep Michelle was super helpful at the store, purchase process was a breeze. Delivery was sooner than expected. Price wise comparable to other brands, but this one has drawers with silent closing. Inside, the drawers are painted, which gives the feeling of more expensive furniture. The exterior is also top notch quality. Absolutely love it!

Customer service responded the same day once more and fixed the problem. After discussing the matter they suggested to replace the chair that was damaged by delivery service as the product was clearly just unpacked. Thank you

This is how the chair was delivered, and as we opened the box later than 3 days after the delivery to find it out they just answered us to fix the problem ourselves. Worst customer experience ever!

Super class furniture store. Lots of scandi retro inspired furniture and home bits. Their mirror selection is awesome and extensive. Wish I could carry one of their beds home to the uk.

I love this furniture store! Everything is unique and has a clear point of view. The quality is top notch - I now have 2 chairs and 2 tables from Blu Dot and love that they easily integrate into my aesthetic and with my existing furniture, yet bring a level of fun to my home. The shop itself is a little cluttered, but still allow you to get a sense of most of the furniture in their range. The customer service is outstanding - the staff goes above and beyond for us! I will continue to come back for inspiration and any time that I need a new piece of furniture for my home!

Nice furniture, too busy sales people. There were at least 5 sales reps who just ignored us - not approached us upon checking out furniture. Only when our little baby started crawling on one of the statues they got their attention on us😄 you guys need to learn more about customer service. Too bad you lost clients - will order online from wayfair with a better deal than Blu dot store prices

I would give 6 stars if I could. My husband and I were timid about buying a new couch, especially one with a hefty price tag for newlyweds; but, I am in love with our Bloke sofa. The design is unlike anything we were able to find elsewhere. It is beautiful, comfortable, and stylistically androgynous enough to pair with our antique danish and modern furniture pieces, while being a show-stopper all on its own. It is a great value and we could not be happier with our choice.
We are so impressed with the quality of the couch, and the service we received from Brian Early was unparalleled. He is so incredibly friendly and did not pressure us in the least. His knowledge of Blu Dot options and furniture in general absolutely blew us away. He helped us think through the implications of the Bloke sofa among other options, including colors and seat height; and, even asked us important questions about pets and lifestyle to make sure the fabric was a good fit for us! We find ourselves stopping in when we are near the store now just to say hello and thank Brian.

This furniture store is unique and minimalist. I could very well see myself purchasing from here when I move to my new apartment. Would absolutely recommend, in the least, going inside. The prices seem a little high, as the items are minimalist, and I would think they would be cheaper for that very reason. However, the quality looks outstanding, so that makes up for the price difference.
