About a year and a half ago, I spent $3800+ on record racks to add capacity to those I already had. Shame on me for letting it go this long, as I am sure over the time others most likely unknowingly purchased from this business and were treated the same.

I have been contacting the company frequently over the entire time period of my order, and, have had people on the Boltz end slowly but surely teasing me with false promises, to make the wait period longer.

Being completely honest, I don’t believe there ever was a wait period. Only a company that planned on stealing my money, and conning me long enough to get away with it.

I don’t need today more. My intent here is not a t all sour grapes. It is honesty in sharing my experience and story with others considering expending their hard earned money on products from this business. If they are in fact a business.

All said, a word of caution, in hopes of preventing other experiences like mine.

Same complaint as reviewers before me. I ordered an LP rack a year ago and only got what I think are fake reasons for the continuous delay. I had ordered from the company before, a few years back, and received racks with strong delays. But now I think the company is completely defunct. At any rate, I took Stacy's advise up from a comment below and filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General of Arkansas. Let's see whether I can get my money back.

Placed an order for a DVD rack extension in August of last year. Still don't have my order. And anytime I ask about it I get some random excuse (lie I'm assuming) about why it hasn't shipped yet but that it'll be shipping after so-and-so event that's always happening in a week or two. Yet nearly a year later, still nothing. I'd been ordering products from them for over 20 years and it seems like they're just a scam operation now. Sad as their products while a lil pricey were well built... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

A one star is the last thing I want to give this company however it's the only way I could post the review. I see some of you are that are a few months in the waiting. Let me share that I am currently 10 MONTHS with no product and only a response from some girl named Heather that claims she has reached out to accounting and management and absolutely NOTHING. THE LAST THING I want at this point is a piece of Boltz furniture in my house, however I sure as hell want my money they owe me for the product I ordered 10 months ago. It looks like this is going to come down to a fraudulent buisness claim to the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Arkansas Attorney General. This company is clearly fraudulent and the rest of the reviewers could consider the same approach. This buisness is run by people that are inadequate clearly and could care less about taking care of the client. If everything they need is back ordered then they should have plenty time to refund my money. Perhaps there is no accounting department, perhaps there is no customer service, perhaps there is no manager. Perhaps there isn't even a buisness. Take a look on your Google maps at the address and see what you see. This is fraudulent PERIOD!

I would not recommend ordering from this company under any circumstances. The products look impressive on their website, which is unfortunately why I placed an order with them. In hindsight, I should have paid attention to their reviews and done some homework on this company prior to placing my order. Their status is listed as "revoked" per the Arkansas Secretary of State's website, although no reason is given for this status. I have now been waiting for 4 months for what I paid for. Also, they charged my credit card for more than the listed price on their website. They do not answer their phone. They will respond to email, but it is always another excuse. Very frustrating. Stay away from this company.

I put my album shelving order in 6/23. I was told they were backlogged and it would take 7-8 weeks to deliver…but not to worry, they would not charge my CC until it shipped. Long story short…charged my card 7/5/23 for over $1k. It’s now 2/10/25 and I still have not had my order filled. Even worse, after being promised numerous times that they would credit my CC account until it shipped…they still have my money. I have now formally cancelled my order and I’m still waiting to get my money back. Take my advice…find another company to work with. My next step is to get my attorney involved.

Took my order for a Vinyl Record Shelf. Ordered in October 23', have constantly been given the run around about shipment delays. They seem to be a geographical oddity in that they are always 4-6 weeks out until they can deliver or until I email again. Waiting on a refund right now they hopefully will return (not looking promising). Do not buy from here unless you want to waste your time and money.

I have been waiting 3 months now for a CD rack. They been saying waiting on rods now today after sending a email to them for an update now we are waiting on slats. I believe they need to find a new supplier on there parts if that is true. I told them I would give them to the end of this month if not complete my order I will be asking for a refund. I work construction as superintendent I don’t wait this long for supplies.
