I worked with Jeri when picking out and ordering my furniture! Jeri made me feel like the most important customer. Jeri genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed for my family. I recently visited Brashear's Furniture in Branson, MO, and even though I didn’t end up making a purchase, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a store that took pride in both its products and its customer service. It felt more like touring a beautifully designed home than browsing a furniture store.

The sales and design staff really stood out. They were attentive without being pushy, which I appreciated. I worked with one of the design consultants who took the time to understand my style preferences and even asked questions about the rooms I was looking to furnish. She made suggestions that were both tasteful and practical, showing me options that matched my style without trying to upsell me or steer me away from my budget. Her insights on design and layout made me feel like I was getting professional advice, not just a sales pitch.

Although I ultimately decided to wait on a purchase, I left feeling impressed by the service and the quality of the furniture. Brashear’s will definitely be my first stop when I’m ready to buy.

This is my second time purchasing furniture from Brashears. The service I recieved from Jeri my sales agent was second to none! I had to purchase my sofa from afar. Jeri took the time to find my previous order. She then found an exact material match on the floor and took pictures for me. One usely then pays and sets up the delivery. I explained to Jeri that I would be able to be there for the delivery which made me a little concerned so Jeri stepped right up and volunteered to meet them. Talk about Red Carpet Service! Thank you Jeri and Brashears! You're the best!

We decided to purchase 2 of the Justin sofas today. Really impressed with the assistance we received from Allison! Not only did they have 2 of the sofas in stock but they will also get it delivered this week. I strongly recommend anyone looking for quality product and a superior shopping experience to come here! I even brought my 2 year old and everyone had a great experience.
