I went into Brianna's to purchase living room furniture. Upon leaving there, I purchased so much more with great pricing. The customer service I received from the beginning of my purchase all the way through to the end of my delivery of furniture was phenomenal. I definitely send all my friends to see Juan and his staff for all your furniture needs. They go above and beyond to meet your needs!

Purchased a bunk bed set for a very good price, and they assembled everything with no extra fees. Had a slight defect in the wood, and was a day late bringing the chest I ordered , so wouldn’t give them 5 stars, because of the mishap but once I reached out to the store and let them know, they were able to replace the defect and bring the chest. Would definitely buy from them again.

We were greeted in a friendly manner. No pushy sales people. Carlos was very helpful with our bedroom selection and answered all of our questions knowledgeably. He gave us our private time to make our decision. He even called to follow up on our purchase and make sure nothing needed to be replaced. We started looking for furniture a couple weeks ago and came across Liz furniture in Modesto on ninth street we went and found the set that we wanted got approved through the company was told that we could pick up the furniture on Saturday when we went on Friday we found out that they sold the furniture that we wanted and said the extra ones they have in their warehouse was damaged and that they wouldn’t be able to order us another set for another week. We were very upset that we already signed the papers for this furniture and that someone came in and bought this furniture with cash, So we decided to look elsewhere we looked at two other places until we found Brianna’s home furnishings and I’m so thankful that we found them they were welcoming, polite, very helpful, and very patient. Their prices were amazing there furniture is beautiful and we were able to get our furniture delivered on Saturday I definitely will be going back to buy everything else that we need for our home and highly recommend this company. the gentleman that helped us that day was Carlos and he was very helpful and kind. If you want Good honest service and caring people go to Brianna‘s home furnishing .

I was referred by a couple family members of mine. I was helped by Maria, she was very Friendly, Honest, and Helpful. Delivery was going to take 4 days but after explaining to her how badly we needed it she made it happen in two days! Maria was very helpful she even came after work to help build my kids bunk beds. Carlos was our salesmen and he was really passionate and connected with his sales ! He showed us our options and helped us decide what fits us best. We went in unsure about one item and we left with two instead and are very pleased with our purchases ! I wish I could give this place 100 stars! From the start the guys here were very friendly and helpful! Carlos especially was VERY patient with me, even after it took me about 2-3 hours just to pick a bed. He never rushed me, he never acted irritated at all. In fact, he helped me look through different catalogs and websites to help me find something I would be happy with! I’ve never been to another place that goes that- they usually walk away and just say to tell them when you’re ready.
I was already nervous because I thought, never in a million years will I get approved, but I was and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at a very good price. Even my mom, who is a very picky woman, says she’s going back to buy a bedroom set from Carlos as well. His friendliness and professionalism definitely make him a great person to do business with.
