After getting a quote and consultation from another company to decorate 4 indoor Christmas trees and being dissatisfied, I quickly found Bright Nites from a Google search. From the very start, my experience was pleasant. The woman who answered the phone, Jessica, was kind, thorough and answered all of my questions. She then scheduled an in-house consultation for me with Christian. Christian texted me the day before to confirm our appointment, texted me the morning of to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. From the beginning to the end he was professional, pleasant and prepared. Christian listened to my design wishes and provided recommendations for each of our trees and banister. I’m a visual person so it was very helpful to have Christian show me a selection of design ideas on his iPad. After we went though all our combined ideas, he provided us a detailed quote on site. Not only would we highly recommend Brite Nites for your holiday design, but we are so excited to see the beautiful outcome in a few weeks when they come and bring my vision to reality!

Great experience with Brite Nites and really appreciate Harris coming out to provide an estimate. He made it very easy to make a decision because he understood my budget and quickly created a couple of great options to consider. Zuki did an amazing job as our design specialist and answered all our questions patiently during the visit! He gave us a demo of the lights, showed us an extremely compelling video and gave us a detailed explanation about the manufacturing process, timelines, payment options and contact details! I am looking forward to the final installation and hopeful it will be a great success given the fantastic ordering experience that I had!

I emailed Brite Nites inquiring on cost of year round lighting. I got a response the next day and the office asked for more questions until we pinned down a design consult appt in a few days. The designer came (Christian Timoteo), very polite and with pleasing personality. He worked around my budget and we made some compromise. He explained everything and we were convinced. We paid the 50% deposit. The next step is to schedule the installation. We went with the RGB lighting. I recommend this company.

The design consultant (Zuki), was very kind, patiently asked questions, and his design matched what I was looking for the very first time. He looked every little thing when doing the design. I’ve been wanting to try these guys out for a while now and finally made the choice to contact them this year since I’ll be have several holiday parties and want that wow effect when my guests arrive at my house. So I had a consultation with Christian T. and he’s been extremely friendly, outgoing and willing to cater to my needs and budget to earn my business and for what I wanted!
