I could not have asked for better service. I had a small conference room that I needed to convert into a temporary workspace for two secretaries. I told them what I needed and sent them a floor plan of the room. Within a day, I had 4 options to choose from with different workstation configurations and layouts. Our start date was not definite, but I was told Brook only needed 48 hours to schedule delivery. Prices were quite reasonable as well. They were able to accommodate my building's requirement that deliveries be done before or after business hours and I had to assemblymen here at 6:30 am. They laid down safety mats so as not to damage the carpet and had the two cubicles assembled very quickly. Teresa, my sales rep, was amazing and very responsive to all of my questions. Brook was the second company I called that came up on my Google search. The rep from the first company was so rude and really made me feel as if he could not care less about getting my business. Very glad, because that's what sent me to Brook!

I contracted with Brook Furniture to furnish my apartment after a fire. They took my information and asked what I needed and they delivered everything I needed.
